I'm looking for a fulltime role. But not just any role. I want to be somewhere where I can do all of it. Talk to customers, understand the business, design the solution, and help build it. Not just hand off a Figma file and call it done. I want to own features end to end, from the first conversation to the thing that actually ships.
I work best with autonomy, but I'm not a lone wolf. Culture matters a lot to me. I'm a people person. I get energy from the people around me, the conversations, the laughs, the chaos of a good team. Remote works for focus, but I need people too. Somewhere in between is probably the sweet spot.
I take my work extremely seriously. I love having fun, but when it comes to the actual work I go for the highest possible standard. I want to be somewhere that feels the same way about their product. A place with a real product team, people who care, and a clear sense of what they're building and why.
And I need challenge. Not because I get restless, but because that's where I do my best work. I'm genuinely curious, always trying new things, always pushing what's possible. I'll make full use of any learning budget you throw at me. And I love teaching just as much as I love learning. Put me somewhere that moves and I'll move with it.
I won't pretend I fit neatly into a job description. Product Designer, Design Engineer, whatever you want to call it. But if you're looking for someone who cares deeply about the full picture, I might be exactly what you need.
