KonvoAI
2025 – 2026 · Freelance Product Designer · Berlin
An AI-powered customer support platform for eCommerce. I designed the design system and the core product sections, shaping how teams build and read their own support dashboards.
The brief
KonvoAI brought me in as a freelance product designer on a two-person team, one engineer and me. The product was growing fast and the UI was drifting: every new section looked a little different, and shipping a screen meant rebuilding patterns from scratch. My job was to make it coherent and fast to extend, a design system the engineer could build from, plus the core product sections on top of it.

What I did
I built the design-system foundation: components, tokens, and the patterns the team reuses across the product. On top of it I designed the core sections, including the modular dashboard where every team picks the widgets that matter to them.
The goal was a surface that adapts to the person reading it. A few calls shaped that:
- Token-first foundation, so the brand could shift without reworking components.
- Optional, drag-to-arrange widgets, so changing a layout is a config, not an engineering ticket.
- Role-based default views, so each user starts from a screen shaped around their work instead of one crowded catch-all.
